Christmas Street Christmas Street is the center's fund raising partner, formed by the same group of citizens that started the EPRC. Incorporated in 1973, the first Christmas Street fund raiser was held at the El Paso Country Club December that year. Affiliated with Border Fund, a fund of the Rober R. McCormick Tribune Foundation, Christmas Street has raised more than $1.5 million to date. |
